Grazing Boxes

Oh how fun it’s been getting back into the kitchen and prepping these fantastic Grazing Boxes for Woodfield. I’ve loved being able to take this project from start to finish and really make it my own, put my styling stamp on it and get such great feedback.

The hour I spend before starting is so grounding, walking around the grounds, picking edible flowers and kale for the bases. Seeing what’s come into bloom or should I say seed (!?) at this time of year. There are three different varieties: Cheese, Veggie and Meat and we aim to have everything as Irish as possible.
